• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments.
• Administer Office 365 accounts, licenses, and services.
• Configure and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Ensure system security and compliance across platforms.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, digital signage, and POS systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up and manage printers and peripheral devices.
• Configure permissions and access controls for laptops and mobile devices.
• Travel to various company locations to provide on-site support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with digital screens and POS systems.
• Perform general troubleshooting for network, application, and device issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
