Lead development and growth of Quantexa’s Supply Chain Intelligence propositions across EMEA
Translate market needs into specific product roadmap features and maintain knowledge of R&D roadmap and new features
Structure strategic Go-to-Market plans and drive account expansion supporting sales and Solution Engineering
Support commercial teams with account strategies, pitches for large opportunities, PoCs, and capture case studies
Explain business cases to ensure supply chain intelligence propositions deliver measurable customer value
Build and present standard solution demonstrations tailored with supply chain specific messaging and evangelize product benefits at events
Review proposals, Statements of Work and changes; provide direction to delivery teams on priorities and high-value objectives
Engage with Technology Account Partners to highlight value delivered, ensure customer satisfaction and position for successful renewals
Work with Analytics Assurance to ensure models meet customer needs and deliver the modelled business benefit
Collaborate with alliances and partners on enablement, IP creation, ideation, pitches, materials and articulation of value
Requirements
Strong experience in Supply Chain Intelligence, preferably with exposure to Third Party Risk Management and/or Supply Chain Resilience
Experience gained from working with or for a Supply Chain technology vendor and/or a professional services firm with product management responsibilities
Experience working within a corporate, public sector or financial institution in compliance or supply chain operations
A solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to market and technology challenges
A solution and/or consultancy-oriented approach to selling and helping clients to understand value and vision
Experience in Data and Analytics (and specifically the use of Graph Technology) would be beneficial
Comfortable working autonomously to reach objectives
