About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor translating Clay’s capabilities into clear business value for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Lead technical discovery and consultative sales discussions with enterprise prospects
  • Design custom solutions, proofs-of-concept workflows, and compelling tables to showcase Clay’s solutions
  • Develop technical sales collateral and presentations for executive audiences
  • Influence product strategy by translating enterprise requirements and customer feedback into product improvements
  • Partner with Sales-Led team to enable high-touch, consultative enterprise adoption

Requirements

  • 6+ years of GTM/Growth experience
  • Experience in GTM operations (RevOps, Marketing Ops, GTME, Solutions/Sales Engineering) or Sales with high trajectory (e.g., built a team, led a new function)
  • Consultative approach; strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
  • Strong technical foundation; fluency in no-code tools (bonus if already built in Clay)
  • Passion for teaching, building, or tinkering (writing, hosting workshops, coaching, side projects)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom (application asks)
