• Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision-Making : Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel conversion) to identify efficiencies and continual improvement opportunities.
• Employer Branding & Market Insight : Help clients build a standout talent brand through compelling job descriptions, social media amplification, and market mapping. Share market trends and competitive insights.
