Marketing

• Build and grow marketing relationships with a focused set of strategic partners in EMEA, including GSIs, Technology Partners, Hyperscalers, ISVs and Data Partners.
• Co-develop, drive and execute joint marketing strategy and ecosystem go-to-market planning.
• Lead communications to build thought leadership and increase awareness across the market, Alliance Partners, and Quantexa.
• Collaborate with our GSIs, Technology Partners, ISVs and Data Partners to implement joint marketing and ecosystem plans that drive industry-leading growth, enable business objectives and influence revenue generation.
• Ensure the value of Quantexa’s solutions and offerings are at the forefront of our partners’ marketing to drive increased usage of Quantexa’s portfolio.
• Work closely and align with key groups, including EMEA Partner teams, Field and Corporate Marketing, as well as collaborate with the US and APAC teams to share best practices.
• Measure marketing programme success and report on programme metrics.
• Collaborate with various stakeholder levels within our partners to pursue potential opportunities that meet both companies' objectives.

Senior EMEA Partner Marketing Manager – 15 month FTC

Technical Project Manager

• **What you’ll be doing. **
• - You will take full ownership of the delivery of Quantexa projects end-to-end, putting your arms around all aspects, actively mitigating risks and issues, driving high standards of quality and best practice and being in full control of the costs, timelines and scope.
• - You’ll drive successful outcomes - delivering projects in the most optimal way that realise maximum value to our clients.
• - Managing the commercial and financial aspects of your projects, working with our clients to agree contracts for professional services, using both Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Priced constructs.
• - Coaching and mentoring your technical teams to ensure they have the skills and capabilities necessary to produce high quality deliverables to our clients.
• - Working and learning with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision, seeking and knowing when to engage the rest of the Quantexa organisation for support.
• - You will devise critical strategies to successfully manage your project stakeholders, both from the client as well as Quantexa leadership.

Accountant

• Support across the month end close process, including journal posting, balance sheet reconciliation and liaising with Operational and Delivery teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement of finance processes and controls by supporting the wider department drive to automate.
• Spot trends, recurring issues or control gaps and propose improvements.
• Ensure billing is compliant with internal controls and accounting policies, maintaining high-quality documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Delivery teams to enable proactive billing procedures.
• Manage shared finance inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to queries.
• Support the enablement of AI and automation across Order to Cash processes.
• Perform monthly customer level P&L analysis, investigating and documenting key movements, trends and variances.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Prepare audit evidence and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations ensuring that any differences are fully explained and (where necessary) corrected.
• Support the Revenue Controller with ad‑hoc analysis, reporting and project work.

Assistant Management Accountant – Revenue

Engineering Manager

• Work in partnership with multiple Engineering teams, supporting the delivery of new components and features for the Quantexa Platform, while maintaining a strong focus on quality
• Support, mentor and develop Engineers at all levels, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, learning and progression opportunities across the department
• Be based in the UK, with occasional travel to our European offices when helpful
• Bring sufficient technical experience to contribute to architectural and technical discussions and help teams consider the broader context of their decisions
• Encourage the thoughtful use of AI to support engineering effectiveness and product development, helping teams adopt tools and practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Team Leads to plan upcoming work, supporting teams through Agile ways of working
• Partner with Product Management to understand market needs and align them with Engineering capabilities to create achievable and clear roadmaps
• Coordinate release activities across Engineering teams and communicate progress to stakeholders to support predictable and well‑paced delivery
• Help teams manage dependencies, identifying risks or blockers early and supporting their resolution
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and collaboration across the department, with a focus on quality, sustainability and scale
• Work with stakeholders outside the department to understand and respond to their needs in a considered and transparent way
