About the role
- Responsible for the core components and frameworks of the Qualified platform, including the core user-facing application
- Own the core user-facing application, platform components, and frameworks that support our products and implementations
- Enhance core user-facing features, evaluate opportunities to drive agentic innovation, and simplify the user experience
- Diligently support core trust initiatives: privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards adoption
- Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from early concept through to customer success by breaking down problems and driving alignment
- Partner closely with Customer Success to enhance onboarding and adoption, and with Solutions Engineering to support pre-sales needs
- Partner with design, engineering, and architecture teams to make informed trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and user experience
- Collaborate with other product managers and designers to translate customer and prospect requirements into scalable features
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Good blend of technical intuition and customer empathy
- Service-oriented mindset: good at reasoning about abstraction and component architecture
- Strong collaborator with product, design, engineering, customer success, and SEs
- Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner needs into scalable developer-facing solutions
- Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Data-driven mindset with focus on measuring outcomes and iterating quickly using Agile principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, executives, and external partners
