About the role

  • Define and execute the strategy that integrates Qualified into the sales and martech ecosystem, driving next-generation extensibility across APIs and agent-based paradigms
  • Own the extensibility strategy and roadmap across APIs, MCP/A2A, native integrations, third-party interfaces, and developer tools
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, developer-friendly APIs
  • Build out an effective developer program and portal, monitor API usage patterns, and solicit developer feedback
  • Track adoption of APIs and integrations using clear, outcome-focused metrics and use insights to guide priorities
  • Research LLM platforms and extensibility ecosystems to keep Qualified at the leading edge
  • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from early concept through to customer success
  • Prototype early solutions, ship iteratively, and refine based on data and developer feedback
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and architecture teams to make trade-offs for speed, scalability, and user experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years working on APIs, platforms, or extensibility
  • Strong technical intuition and experience collaborating with engineering on platform architecture and product decisions
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, modern API design principles, and developer experience best practices
  • Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner needs into scalable developer-facing solutions
  • Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and iterating quickly using Agile principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, executives, and external partners
