Manager

• Provide technical support to the frontline sales force, including troubleshooting, new product implementation, process optimization, trial leadership, etc.
• Identify and clearly define customer needs, lead internal collaboration to deliver the best solution.

Product Application Manager, Steel

• Directs and coordinates activities of production personnel in processing customer owned materials on-site or at our facility and orders for SIFCO ASC-produced equipment
• Confers with Division personnel to establish production and quality control procedures, work instructions and develop budget and cost controls
• Maintains on-going dialog and direct contact with Outside, Inside Sales and customers for purposes of costing, quoting and project planning
• Work hands-on with service technicians to learn the SIFCO process
• Use learned hands-on experience of the SIFCO Process to become the technical lead at the facility and liaise with customers
• Plans and directs production activities and establishes schedule in keeping with effective operations and cost factors
• Makes job assignments to support priorities and schedules
• Coordinates external resources within and outside of SIFCO ASC to meet customer demands
• Responsible for all EHS management for facility and personnel
• Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with safety and EHS standards
• Acts in a first line supervisory role to resolve employee issues and refers unresolved issues to Human Resources
• Develops and maintains operational metrics that support the Quality System and Core Values
• Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training staff to maximize skills
• Performs activities of subordinates as necessary to meet customer requirements

Contract Service Manager

Account Manager

• Responsible for managing and developing existing accounts through a solutions selling approach, building customer intimacy; and gaining new business in assigned geographical territory.
• Deliver profitable sales growth.
• Maintain and develop existing accounts by promoting ways of improving overall contribution, selling new product lines, customer solutions and share of wallet gains.
• Identify and pursue potential new and existing business opportunities.
• Introduce new products and cost reduction programs to aid customer processes.
• Collaborate with all commercial team functions to meet customer expectations and objectives.

• Performs at an experienced level of professional activities centering on management of inventory and purchasing processes as well as data collection for project management, forecasting, P& L support and record keeping.

• Use of Corporate ERP system to record inventory transactions, including: purchases and sales.
• Generates reports for internal and external use.
• Prepare/present data (reports, charts, spreadsheets) in a relevant manner.
• Perform revenue/expense reconciliation.
• Supports budgeting and forecasting process.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers and site team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Familiarize self with customers contract.
• Works on projects to consolidate products and reduce working capital.
• Assist with projects that improve plant processes.
• Participate in meetings.
• May manage SDS and hazardous communication.
• May maintain customer specific software and processes.
• Administers Supplier Rating Program.

Procurement and Inventory Specialist

Field Engineer

• Survey customer site in advance of equipment supply and installation.
• Undertake all aspects of equipment installation and commissioning.
• Scheduled servicing of manual and automated plant at our client sites including cleaning, inspection and testing as per our standard procedures.
• Complete detailed audits of plant/machines at client sites, detailing faults and requirements for repairs.
• Installation, repairs and maintenance of manual and automated plant at our client sites.
• Generate/specify detailed material list for service, maintenance and installation works.
• Completion of detailed service reports and job-related documentation.
• Promote company and services, to the client when on-site and during correspondence when working with/at the client location.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.
• Apply where appropriate Clients, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment Policy and Management Systems.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing with team members and clients.
• Other duties that may be requested in association with the company’s business.
• Travelling 70% annually to customer manufacturing locations within EMEA mainly.

Field Service Engineer – QH Fluid Intelligence

• Responsible for managing sourcing activities within specific category driving scale and standardization, maximizing value as well as reducing overall costs while improving the quality of goods purchased in their category
• Serves as the business local focal point for the category(s) and ensures sourcing strategy alignment with business and other stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key suppliers.
• Approves, negotiates, and finalizes contracts to increase value while acceptably mitigating risk.
• Analyzes, understands and interprets market dynamics, trends, and drivers as well as maintaining supplier databases.
• Accountable for managing a lower-complexity regional category with a spend of up to USD $50MM.
• Supports the development and execution of value-optimal category strategies that appropriately balance security of supply, cost, and other value factors.
• Develops, maintains, and manages a supplier base that offers optimal quality, service, technology, and value.
• Supports negotiation and implementation of supply agreements that include ideal terms.
• Conducts quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key suppliers to advance supplier-supported company objectives, develop supplier capabilities, and address gaps in supplier performance.
• In collaboration with the BUs, Technology, and/or other functional stakeholders, develops and continuously evolves a cost savings/productivity plan for the category that includes a pipeline of new ideas, in-process projects, and projects accruing savings in support of exceeding annual savings goals.
• Develops and effectively utilizes should-cost models, market intelligence, and other value analysis tools to place the company in the best possible value position in the respective market.
• Effectively addresses all supplier performance failures via the root cause and corrective action process, successfully levying claims, and other tactics as appropriate.
• Develops and implements supply category strategies, applying best-in-class procurement processes and technology, managing special projects, driving procurement/supplier initiatives.
• Continually develops strong relationships with internal business partners across the company and stays connected with their individual business strategies and needs.
• Executes the defined strategic sourcing process and drives utilization of tools and techniques aligned with the process framework and architecture.
• Develops deep expertise in the spend category, shares and transfers expertise to global category managers and regional sourcing professionals. Is business focal point contact for category.
• Responsible for compliance with legal requirements, and with Company Procedures and policies (SOX, Quality, etc.).
• Works with local sourcing professionals to ensure alignment with local regulations, restrictions, supply chain requirements.
• Develops and maintains company sourcing methodology and tools. Works effectively across business units with different objectives in the creation and implementation of procurement strategies for complex spend categories.

Regional Category Manager

• Serves as a consultant to the leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European region, with primary focus on the Commercial business.

• Lead organization talent reviews, succession planning and capability development programs.
• Partner with the Commercial team to build competencies for customer-facing colleagues
