• Księgować faktury sprzedażowe krajowe i zagraniczne
• Księgować faktury zakupowe zagraniczne: WNT, import towarów, import usług
• Sporządzać i ewidencjonować faktury wewnętrzne WNT
• Prowadzić gospodarkę magazynową w systemie Handel – towary/materiały importowe
• Ewidencjonować materiały importowe zużyte w usługach zarówno w systemie Handel, jak i FinansowoKsięgowym, oraz porównywać stany rzeczywiste z miesięcznymi inwentaryzacjami
• Uzgadniać VAT należny oraz weryfikować poprawność kodów GTU
• Wprowadzać przelewy zagraniczne i księgować wyciągi bankowe
• Uzgadniać konta księgowe oraz potwierdzać salda z odbiorcami
• Sporządzać deklaracje Intrastat (przywóz)
• Aktywnie uczestniczyć w zamknięciu miesiąca i przygotowywaniu raportów dla Grupy
• Uzgadniać salda dla celów grupowych w systemie Blackline
• Przygotowywać dokumenty i wyjaśnienia dla audytorów

• Operate JDE system in the context of CS
• Receive and handle all orders from the customers and processing them effectively
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
• Collaborate with logistics, planning, production plants and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
• Participate in inventory counts of stocks
• Support audits (internal and external)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes and JDE usage
• Participate in trainings and development to stay updated on JDE functionalities and customer service best practices

• Asegurar la planificación y el envío detallado para una entrega efectiva.

• Develop business with key customers in the assigned region to achieve sales and margin targets
• Identify new business opportunities and closely coordinate with commercial and technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions that exceed expectations
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with relevant contacts at all levels — with both existing and prospective customers
• Prepare customer presentations, quotations, commercial offers and value-selling concepts that demonstrate Quaker Houghton’s added value
• Provide technically sound customer advice in close cooperation with the Product Application team to introduce new solutions
• Closely align with Key Account Management to implement the account strategy and maximize business potential
• Work with Customer Service and Technical Service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Regular reporting to management including analysis of sales targets, budgets and forecasts (CRM, Excel and other IT tools)
• Attend technical conferences and industry events
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends and regional regulations and relay relevant market information to management and the KAM team
