About the role
- Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls)
- Provide accurate information about the company's products
- Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
- Work on a 2/2 rotation covering day and night shifts (GMT+3)
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage
- Customer-focused personality
- Great communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work 2/2 rotation and alternating day/night shifts (10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00 GMT+3)
