About the role

  • Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls)
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products
  • Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
  • Work on a 2/2 rotation covering day and night shifts (GMT+3)

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage
  • Customer-focused personality
  • Great communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work 2/2 rotation and alternating day/night shifts (10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00 GMT+3)
