Requirements

  • Availability to work on a rotative 24/7 schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off
  • Living in Portugal or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
  • Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
