About the role
- Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls)
- Provide accurate information about the products of the company
- Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
- Work according to schedule: 2/2 (2 days on, 2 days off) 10:00–22:00 (GMT+3)
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal
- Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage
- Customer focus personality
