About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems and APIs
  • Perform regular system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate gaps between current and future state

Requirements

  • US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Experience or knowledge working with JavaScript, HTML/CSS
  • Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Nice to Have: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Nice to Have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Nice to Have: Gearset and GitHub experience
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Agile development methodologies
