About the role
- Build and maintain Qualtrics' Salesforce platform used for tracking customer interactions across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Finance, and Internal Engineering.
- Build quoting tools and sales processes that aid the sales team in hitting targets and help retain customers through predictive modeling.
- Mentor, train, and perform code reviews for team members, fostering growth and development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide guidance on development best practices.
- Code using JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL; deploy creative backend and front end solutions.
- Identify and reduce system technical debt and build scalable solutions incorporating SFDC best practices.
- Execute all phases of software development projects, resolve issues, and ensure successful deployments.
- Support a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design.
- Establish development roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and set standards for system architecture and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics preferred)
- 5+ years of development experience with 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform, in a complex environment preferred.
- Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred.
- Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1, etc.)
- Professional English fluency required.
- Experience successfully working along side other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL.
