About the role

  • Understand business processes and objectives and own strategic initiatives that span across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with teams across different functions to provide guidance on development best practices and recommendations
  • Mentor, train, and perform code reviews for team members
  • Design and implement backend and front end solutions using JavaScript, Python, LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Identify and reduce system technical debt
  • Execute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and ensuring successful deployments
  • Support a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design
  • Build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set standards for system architecture and design

Requirements

  • Bachelor'\u0027s Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics preferred)
  • 5+ years of development experience with 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform, in a complex environment preferred
  • Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred
  • Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1)
  • Professional English fluency required
  • Experience successfully working alongside other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment
  • Proficiency or experience coding with JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
