About the role

Understand business processes and objectives and own strategic initiatives that span across multiple departments
Collaborate with teams across different functions to provide guidance on development best practices and recommendations
Mentor, train, and perform code reviews for team members
Design and implement backend and front end solutions using JavaScript, Python, LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
Identify and reduce system technical debt
Execute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and ensuring successful deployments
Support a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design
Build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set standards for system architecture and design

Bachelor'\u0027s Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics preferred)
5+ years of development experience with 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform, in a complex environment preferred
Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred
Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1)
Professional English fluency required
Experience successfully working alongside other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment
Proficiency or experience coding with JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
