About the role

Build and maintain the Salesforce platform used across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Finance, and Internal Engineering to track customer interactions and support revenue processes.
Mentor, train, and perform code reviews for team members, fostering growth and development.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and own strategic initiatives spanning multiple departments.
Code for the platform using languages including JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL and deploy backend and front end solutions.
Identify and reduce system technical debt and build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set standards for system architecture and design.
Execute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and ensuring successful deployments.
Support a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design.

Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics preferred)
5+ years of development experience with 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform, in a complex environment preferred
Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred
Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1, etc.)
Professional English fluency required
Experience successfully working alongside other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment
Proficiency coding with JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL
