About the role

  • Build and maintain the Salesforce platform used across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Finance, and Internal Engineering to track customer interactions and support revenue processes.
  • Mentor, train, and perform code reviews for team members, fostering growth and development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and own strategic initiatives spanning multiple departments.
  • Code for the platform using languages including JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL and deploy backend and front end solutions.
  • Identify and reduce system technical debt and build scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set standards for system architecture and design.
  • Execute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and ensuring successful deployments.
  • Support a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics preferred)
  • 5+ years of development experience with 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform, in a complex environment preferred
  • Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred
  • Multiple SFDC developer certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1, etc.)
  • Professional English fluency required
  • Experience successfully working alongside other developers and Salesforce administrators in a collaborative code/declarative environment
  • Proficiency coding with JavaScript, Python, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce and SOQL
