• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) training programs across the QC Ecosystem.
• Create and deliver engaging, technically accurate training programs focused on construction safety, electrical safety, commissioning activities, regulatory compliance, and workforce competency.
• Develop curricula, instructor-led training, eLearning content, presentations, competency evaluations, and certification programs that support a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, and client-specific requirements.
• Partner closely with the Safety Compliance Coordinator and report to the Director of Safety to ensure all training materials, qualification standards, and competency programs remain current, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct classroom instruction, facilitate virtual instructor-led training, and deliver field-based practical learning experiences.
• Track certifications and renewal requirements, administer the Learning Management System (LMS), and evaluate course effectiveness through metrics, assessments, and participant feedback.

• This role focuses on graphic design, motion graphics, video content, interactive media, and presentation support, ensuring all visual assets communicate complex ideas clearly, consistently, and in alignment with company branding standards.

• The CGI Visual Specialist is responsible for translating complex engineering and data center designs into high-quality 3D visualizations, animations and presentation assets.
• Support project teams, business development and leadership by producing clear, visually compelling representations of mechanical systems, infrastructure layouts and data center proposals.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and animations to communicate design intent.
• Create visual outputs ranging from quick-turn proposal graphics to high-end photorealistic imagery.
