Support Engineer

• Act as second-line support, bridging the gap between customer support and engineering
• Triage and prioritise internal support requests so they’re handled quickly and effectively
• Analyse issues, read code and logs, and identify root causes
• Suggest and implement improvements to make support workflows more efficient — both manual and automated
• Provide feedback on potential product improvements based on recurring support cases
• Help reduce the time engineers spend on support tasks
• Increase the number of cases that can be solved automatically

General

• Lead a team of engineers working on integrations between Qargo and external systems such in the financial domain (accounting, factoring, e-invoicing).
• Guide the team both technically and functionally: supporting solution design, reviewing code, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of the connectors you build.
• Collaborate closely with our Customer Success teams to guarantee smooth implementation and follow-up.
• Design support procedures to make other teams self-sustainable and keep engineering productivity high.
• Act as a point of contact for external partners and customers when implementing or validating new integrations.
• Drive roadmap management by providing estimations in both complexity and implementation effort for customer requirements.
• Support the professional growth of your team through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on collaboration.

Team Lead, Integrations

Accounts Payable

• Take ownership of purchase/supplier relationships and act as the first point of contact for all accounts payable queries.
• Keep the purchase ledger accurate and up-to-date while ensuring payments go out on time.
• Secure approvals for purchase invoices and make sure weekly and monthly payments stay within credit terms.
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements efficiently.
• Support customer invoicing for new, recurring, and ad hoc billings when needed.
• Monitor customer payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and resolve any remittance or payment queries.
• Contribute to month-end closing tasks and reporting.
• Work closely with other departments to keep financial data accurate and aligned.
• Jump into ad-hoc finance projects and help drive continuous improvement.

Accounts Payable Assistant

Product Analyst

• Be part of a team of product owners, each owning a functional domain within our Transport Management System, and take end-to-end ownership of yours
• Talk to customers continuously to understand their workflows and dig past the feature they ask for to the underlying problem
• Spot patterns so one well-designed solution serves many, rather than a custom fix per customer
• Partner with support, onboarding and sales to collect feedback and feature requests, then prioritise them against the short, mid and long-term goals of the product, always asking whether a request is a symptom of a broader problem worth solving once
• Work closely with our engineering, sales and customer success/support to design, prototype and build with the best solutions for our customers
• Manage the internal and external communication of new product releases

Account Manager

• Manage and nurture relationships with clients post-implementation, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Act as key account manager: schedule quarterly business reviews, follow up on outstanding requests, and maintain a clear overview of client needs.
• Monitor client usage and performance, identifying opportunities for added value, expansion, or optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as support, onboarding, and product to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Provide training and guidance to clients to help them maximise the benefits of our platform.
• Capture and manage product feature requests: listen closely to customer needs, identify critical or missing features, document and share them internally, and ensure customers stay updated on progress.

Account Manager, German Speaking

General Counsel

• Own day-to-day customer contracting (MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, DPAs, amendments, renewals, SOWs), with scope to grow into handling strategic, high-value, and enterprise deals alongside the Legal Lead.
• Manage and evolve Qargo's CLM (Juro) with the Sales-enablement Lead : manage templates, workflows, playbooks, reporting, and user enablement across the business.
• Co-own Qargo's data protection and privacy operations : negotiate customer and vendor DPAs, maintain the intra-group data sharing framework and privacy/cookie policies, and partner with Security on NIS2 and incident response readiness.
• Own end-to-end supplier and procurement contracting : SaaS vendors, IT, marketing, and professional services.
• Support US expansion : help stand up customer contracting workflows for Qargo Tech Inc.
• Provide support on corporate compliance and other ad hoc legal tasks as needed.
