About the role

  • Lead brand and revenue generation for EMEA, covering Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
  • Plan, organize, and execute EMEA trade shows, industry events, and Redzone-hosted customer events
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, partner sponsorships, and lead capture processes
  • Collaborate closely with EMEA sales and partners to align event and partner marketing activities with regional sales objectives
  • Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies and campaigns in partnership with sales to drive pipeline
  • Oversee and optimize PPC and other digital marketing campaigns; monitor performance and provide actionable insights
  • Create and localize EMEA-relevant content (case studies, customer videos, whitepapers) and manage translation/localization partners
  • Develop and execute the annual EMEA marketing plan, manage the marketing budget, and report on performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution
  • Oversee direct reports and build out the EMEA marketing team
  • Report to the Redzone GM of EMEA and work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with significant focus on EMEA and B2B software/SaaS
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Proven track record in field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing (PPC)
  • Strong experience planning and executing trade shows and customer events
  • Demonstrated ability to localize content for different regional markets
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA business landscape and cultural nuances
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector or with connected worker solutions is a plus
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages highly desirable; German or French strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region (approximately 25% or more)
