About the role
- Lead brand and revenue generation for EMEA, covering Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
- Plan, organize, and execute EMEA trade shows, industry events, and Redzone-hosted customer events
- Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, partner sponsorships, and lead capture processes
- Collaborate closely with EMEA sales and partners to align event and partner marketing activities with regional sales objectives
- Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies and campaigns in partnership with sales to drive pipeline
- Oversee and optimize PPC and other digital marketing campaigns; monitor performance and provide actionable insights
- Create and localize EMEA-relevant content (case studies, customer videos, whitepapers) and manage translation/localization partners
- Develop and execute the annual EMEA marketing plan, manage the marketing budget, and report on performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Oversee direct reports and build out the EMEA marketing team
- Report to the Redzone GM of EMEA and work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with significant focus on EMEA and B2B software/SaaS
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Proven track record in field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing (PPC)
- Strong experience planning and executing trade shows and customer events
- Demonstrated ability to localize content for different regional markets
- Deep understanding of the EMEA business landscape and cultural nuances
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment
- Experience in the manufacturing sector or with connected worker solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages highly desirable; German or French strongly preferred
- Ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region (approximately 25% or more)
