Work within a defined coverage territory to develop a deep pipeline of Executive level relationships by learning business objectives and positioning solutions
Create differentiated, tailored outreach and secure two-way dialogue across business and support functions
Target prospects across all levels and own conversations with C-suite down to analysts
Guide prospects through every step of the sales process: initial discussions, product demos (with Sales Engineers), partnership proposals, due diligence, contract negotiation, and introductions to consultants and other staff
Collaborate closely with sales engineering, marketing and leadership teams to deliver value and expand relationships within a bank
Maintain the integrity of sales systems (Salesforce) and internal processes with clear, organized documentation
Travel up to 40% and manage multiple pursuits to close deals while maximizing team impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
8+ years of proven success selling software into financial institutions
Track record of exceeding quota and closing pipeline
Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Fluent written and oral communication in English
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employer will not sponsor work visas
Ability to confidently engage executives at all levels (C-suite to analysts)
Experience managing multiple pursuits and owning pipeline
Ability to travel up to 40%
Familiarity with Salesforce and maintaining sales system integrity
Strong relationship-building and hunter sales skills
