About the role
- Play a crucial role in enhancing our pub operations through innovative technology solutions and effective system management
- Carry out investigative work to clearly explain and document our current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct business analysis within the framework of agreed methodologies of the Greene King Technology function
- Produce influential documentation, analysis, and presentations to business stakeholders
- Document and manage multiple pieces of work of varying sizes and support the project lifecycle to deliver quality systems and processes to our pub teams
- Work across the Technology function and other Greene King departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Support supplier relationships, ensuring best-in-class solutions and services
Requirements
- Ability to analyze and recommend improvements
- Experience in project and/or product management environments or applicable experience
- Strong relationship-building skills to align business and technology objectives
- Experience in working closely with suppliers
- Technical knowledge in retail or hospitality systems, such as EPoS platforms, payment technologies, and digital ordering
- Experience producing documentation, analysis, and presentations to business stakeholders
- Ability to document and manage multiple pieces of work and support the project lifecycle
