About the role
- Oversee complex projects within the banking sector and manage technical programs
- Manage relationships and facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders
- Drive implementation of digital banking platforms integrated with Fiserv core solutions
- Utilize deep knowledge of the Fiserv ecosystem to ensure project success
- Collaborate to ensure effective integration of Q2 solutions with other systems
- Facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive consensus
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards in banking
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and adjust plans as necessary
Requirements
- Strong background in the financial industry, especially within banking in the US
- Extensive experience with the Fiserv ecosystem, including proven project delivery
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking platforms (e.g. Q2, Backbase, Finastra, NCino, Alkami)
- Proven experience integrating various systems with Q2 and Fiserv solutions
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to moderate meetings with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Must be a US resident / authorized to work in the United States
