About the role

  • Renewing Contracts in lower volume but largest spend band and most complex agreements
  • Meet or exceed revenue sales quotas
  • Execute the renewal process: discovery conversations, consultative solution selling, renewal negotiations and closures
  • Negotiate contract terms that balance client needs and Getty Images revenue/efficiency goals
  • Collaborate with product specialists and supporting departments to structure and execute renewal contracts
  • Cultivate enterprise-level relationships with C-level contacts and develop internal advocates
  • Provide client support: user set ups, pricing quotes, research and general inquiry support
  • Manage onboarding and conduct mid-year reviews
  • Provide proactive client support throughout subscription term and update clients on trends, new products and website enhancements
  • Proactively hunt within account base for new contacts, teams, divisions or companies
  • Use Salesforce to track opportunities, meetings, client proposals, and client profiles
  • Attend one quarterly client in-person meeting or industry event

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with contracts of largest spend value and complexity
  • Experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with enterprise/solution selling
  • Aptitude to grow and lock in revenue of client base of assigned accounts
  • Aptitude to sell and upsell, increasing customer retention and underpenetrated accounts
  • Ability to grow number of users/contacts and build rapport to understand business direction and short/medium term needs
  • Experience developing accounts and finding opportunities to grow accounts within a sector
  • Experience presenting to larger groups in-person or via Zoom
  • Experience in conducting training or coaching for entry level positions
  • Strategic account planning experience
  • Negotiates contract terms that meet clients’ needs yet maximize efficiencies and revenue streams
  • Works closely with product specialists and supporting departments in structuring and executing renewal contracts
  • Cultivate relationships at enterprise level with C-level contacts and develop internal advocates
  • Proactive hunting within account base using internal referrals, LinkedIn, and online research
  • Experience using Salesforce for tracking opportunities, meetings, client proposals, client profiles
