Account Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients across Broadcast, Digital, Film/TV Studio, and Production industries; prepare customer meetings and deliver timely follow-ups.
• Partner with Key Account Executives (KAEs) and Field Service Executives (FSEs) to identify and implement strategic growth opportunities and develop robust account plans.
• Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, regular check-ins, and new user expansion initiatives.
• Analyze content gaps within existing deals to mitigate revenue loss and enhance client engagement.
• Develop expertise in end-to-end content production workflows and advise on API integrations, DAM requirements, and plugins to improve deal retention and workflow efficiency.
• Own pre-production work: compile detailed briefs, collaborate with editorial, communicate requirements to partners and clients, and oversee project delivery.
• Identify customer insights to advise KAEs on new development opportunities including Brand studio, film work, Live Event Assignments, and adding content collections to agreements.
• Support contract renewals and ensure seamless negotiations and deal execution.
• Oversee project-level discovery, quotes, and negotiations for ALC and new committed deals; delegate to Customer Support Associates as appropriate.
• Develop strong internal relationships to deliver effective client solutions and use internal networks to foster collaboration and streamline processes.
• Serve as a role model for other KAMs, demonstrating best practices in networking, cross-team collaboration, and strategic thinking.
• Lead complex conversations with professionalism and strategic intent.
• Maintain Salesforce with all activity, commercial progress, and key developments.
• Uphold a strong Obligation to Care, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service and support.

• Provide comprehensive support to EMEA Sport and Entertainment sales representatives in daily interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as first point of contact for customers post-sale, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist sales reps by tracking agreements and invoices, preparing quotes, entering data, and handling administrative processes.
