About the role
- Develops and implements effective sales strategies using analytics and qualitative insights
- Input and influence in development of regional and priority account strategies
- Oversee development and execution of growth-oriented account and business plans for non-priority accounts
- Coach Therapeutic Specialists and establish a culture of accountability and high performance
- Define KPIs, ensure proper targeting of key customers, and set clear expectations for collaboration and execution
- Communicate and collaborate with Account Management, CPE, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Medical, and PSS
- Build and sustain an empowering, inspirational, and agile culture to retain top talent
- Maintain strict adherence to legal, compliance, regulatory, ethical, administrative, and financial duties
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years in sales/sales leadership roles and/or other commercial leadership
- Experience selling and/or leading sales teams in a complex network (e.g. integrated and complex health systems)
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into field sales execution
- Strong analytics, strategic planning, and account management skills
- Excellent communication skills for varied audiences and levels
- Proven experience launching products in specialty care, rare disease, or Type 1 Diabetes market
- Sanofi US is only considering candidates legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Valid driver's license
