About the role
- Support high-impact consulting projects across public and private sectors, focusing on performance improvement, process optimization, strategy, and policy development
- Gather and analyse data, conduct research, prepare reports and presentations, and participate in client meetings
- Help ensure smooth project delivery and contribute to proposal development and project planning
- Day-to-day coordination of project tasks and participation in meetings and workshops with high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues across PwC’s network, including international teams and clients
- Work on diverse projects where thinking helps shape the way forward
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or related roles
- Hold a university degree in economics, management, business administration, finance, political science, or a related field
- Strong research skills and enjoy working with text
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys finding practical ways to improve business processes
- Proactive and positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, curious and eager to learn
- Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Familiarity with generative AI tools to enhance work
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
