About the role
- Provide hands-on leadership for Melbourne North division and represent builder partner Maronda Homes
- Coach and mentor a team of New Home Sales Associates to meet and exceed community sales goals and align with builder partners on strategic initiatives
- Provide consistent feedback and hands-on training; lead community-level sessions and participate in corporate leadership development programs
- Support team in guiding buyers through the home buying journey to ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience
- Monitor local market conditions, implement marketing strategies, and build relationships with local Realtors to drive traffic and increase exposure
- Maintain model home and community presentation standards and collaborate with builder partners to ensure smooth operations across communities
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and serve as the local leadership presence to drive performance and deliver customer experience
Requirements
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
- Proven new home sales management experience, including a track record of coaching and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem-solver, and coach with a passion for developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AI-driven tools are a plus
- Education/License: A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid real estate license required within three months of hire
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance
