About the role
- Represent Maronda Homes and serve as the local leadership presence for New Home Star’s Melbourne North division
- Provide hands-on leadership and coach New Home Sales Associates to meet and exceed community sales goals
- Align closely with builder partners and work with the Director of Sales on sales strategy and initiatives
- Provide consistent feedback, hands-on training, and lead community-level sessions
- Support buyers through the home buying journey to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor local market conditions, implement marketing strategies, and build Realtor relationships to drive traffic
- Maintain model home and community presentation standards and collaborate with builder partners to ensure smooth operations
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Requirements
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
- Proven new home sales management experience
- Track record of coaching and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem-solver, and coach
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AI-driven tools a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid real estate license required within three months of hire
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application (visa sponsorship not available)
