About the role
- Serve as local sales leader for Gainesville/Ocala communities representing builder partner Maronda Homes and aligning with the VP of Sales for North Florida.
- Coach and mentor New Home Sales Associates to meet and exceed community sales goals.
- Provide hands-on training, consistent feedback, and participate in corporate leadership development programs.
- Support team in guiding buyers through the home buying journey to ensure exceptional and consistent customer experience.
- Monitor local market conditions, implement marketing strategies, and build relationships with local Realtors to drive traffic and increase exposure.
- Maintain model home and community presentation standards and collaborate with builder partners to ensure smooth operations across communities.
- Drive team performance, sales strategy, and community-level initiatives; work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
Requirements
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proven new home sales management experience, including coaching and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem-solver, and coach with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AI-driven tools are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid real estate license required within three months of hire.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance.
