About the role
- Provide hands-on leadership for the Melbourne North division representing Maronda Homes
- Serve as the local leadership presence and work closely with the Director of Sales to lead and support on-the-ground sales operations
- Coach and mentor New Home Sales Associates to meet and exceed community sales goals
- Align closely with builder partners on strategic initiatives and collaborate to ensure smooth operations across communities
- Provide consistent feedback and hands-on training; lead community-level sessions and participate in corporate leadership development programs
- Support team in guiding buyers through the home buying journey to ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience
- Monitor local market conditions, implement marketing strategies, and build relationships with local Realtors to drive traffic and increase exposure
- Maintain model home and community presentation standards
Requirements
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
- Proven new home sales management experience, including coaching and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem-solver, and coach with a passion for developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AI-driven tools are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid real estate license required within three months of hire
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
