About the role

  • Own the creative execution and social presence of PushPress.
  • Design, produce, and publish content that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and amplifies community connection across all social channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Content and creative partners to translate strategic ideas into visually compelling, shareable assets that inspire and convert.
  • Develop a scalable content engine across webinars, podcasts, and owned media.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns cross-team and cross-department, including event calendar, product roadmap, and marketing campaigns.
  • Execute a social media strategy across all platforms, balancing brand building, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the broader Content team (design, production, and contractors) to adapt raw assets into campaign concepts.
  • Track and report social KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and pipeline generation sharing results weekly with the Head of Content and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • Demonstrated success growing brand social media channels and delivering measurable engagement results
  • Hands-on ability to create and publish social-first content including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for multiple channels
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience building and maintaining social calendars
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to translate strategy into creative execution
  • Willingness to take ownership of execution while staying aligned with strategic direction from the Head of Content.
