Own the creative execution and social presence of PushPress.
Design, produce, and publish content that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and amplifies community connection across all social channels.
Work closely with the Head of Content and creative partners to translate strategic ideas into visually compelling, shareable assets that inspire and convert.
Develop a scalable content engine across webinars, podcasts, and owned media.
Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns cross-team and cross-department, including event calendar, product roadmap, and marketing campaigns.
Execute a social media strategy across all platforms, balancing brand building, thought leadership, and lead generation.
Collaborate with the broader Content team (design, production, and contractors) to adapt raw assets into campaign concepts.
Track and report social KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and pipeline generation sharing results weekly with the Head of Content and stakeholders.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
Demonstrated success growing brand social media channels and delivering measurable engagement results
Hands-on ability to create and publish social-first content including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for multiple channels
Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience building and maintaining social calendars
Collaborative mindset and ability to translate strategy into creative execution
Willingness to take ownership of execution while staying aligned with strategic direction from the Head of Content.
