• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, text or social media, taking appropriate action to ensure each customer receives world class customer service.

Product Manager

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Purple Mattress's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, to gather and prioritize technology requirements.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the delivery of IT solutions and features over time.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that third-party solutions align with Purple Mattress's needs and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, providing solutions and contingency plans as needed.

IT Product Manager

Payroll

• Own and process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Manage payroll team (payroll, payroll taxes and payroll accounting)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll transactions — earnings, deductions, garnishments, commissions, and equity compensation
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations; manage tax filings, year-end W-2s, and ACA reporting
• Partner with HR to ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems; audit and reconcile records regularly
• Partner with all other departments to ensure payroll objectives are met and that payroll needs are addressed
• Manage team as they address payroll related questions and issues

• Lead commercial growth activity for Purple’s Sports & Entertainment vertical across North America.
• Own a senior sales quota focused on strategic venue opportunities and partner-led growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with venue operators, sports franchises, ownership groups, technology leaders, and entertainment organisations.
• Develop go-to-market strategies focused on stadiums, arenas, sports venues, live entertainment environments, and large public gathering spaces.
• Position Purple’s solutions across guest WiFi, identity-driven onboarding, analytics, engagement, operational insight, and intelligent venue connectivity.
• Work closely with partners, MSPs, networking providers, and venue technology ecosystems to drive new opportunities and accelerate commercial growth.
• Support complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement structures, technical validation processes, and large-scale deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to ensure strong vertical alignment and repeatable commercial success.
• Represent Purple at industry events, sports and entertainment conferences, networking forums, and partner engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership around fan engagement, connected venues, intelligent infrastructure, and digital experience transformation.

Growth Director – Sports & Entertainment

Sales

• Lead all commercial activity for the Staff WiFi vertical across the UK and international markets.
• Drive growth initially through mid-market and upper-mid-market opportunities, expanding into large national and tier-one international enterprise accounts as the vertical matures.
• Own a senior sales quota across a pipeline spanning mid-market to strategic enterprise deals.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Network Architects, Heads of Workplace, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Position Purple as a trusted partner for secure identity-based access, network intelligence, segmentation, policy automation, monitoring, and compliance.
• Articulate the value of secure onboarding, advanced monitoring, analytics, and zero trust based network access.
• Execute corporate go to market plans across priority verticals including corporate offices, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and professional services.
• Support the evolution and refinement of Purple’s corporate WiFi offerings as the solution scales toward enterprise-grade deployments.
• Work with MSPs, integrators, and OEM partners to broaden reach, enhance integration, and drive adoption.
• Support partner enablement to strengthen commercial and technical execution.
• Represent Purple at industry events, cybersecurity forums, networking conferences, and partner showcases.
• Contribute to market facing thought leadership on secure Staff WiFi, network intelligence, and identity driven access.
