About the role
- Manage schedules, calendars, and daily task lists for the team
- Assist with client onboarding support (collecting assets, documents, notes)
- Maintain and update records in CRM, Airtable, Slack, and Notion
- Handle basic admin tasks: email management, scheduling, data entry, research
- Coordinate across global team members to ensure smooth communication
- Assist with automation support (tagging leads, updating workflows, QA checks)
- Prepare reports and track KPIs across tools (training provided)
- Support ad-hoc projects as SETR scales
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional, client-friendly)
- Strong familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n)
- Bonus: prior experience supporting sales or marketing teams
