About the role
- Partner directly with executive leaders in Finance and Supply Chain to design and implement organizational models that accelerate decision-making, enhance global collaboration, and scale for sustained growth
- Serve as a coach and strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping them navigate complex change, elevate team performance, and lead with empathy and clarity
- Lead workforce planning and define talent strategies using data and insights to identify capability gaps and inform talent decisions
- Jump into organizational bottlenecks and change management initiatives, create clarity and solutions
- Work with Finance and Supply Chain leadership to align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring talent and culture support critical outcomes
Requirements
- strong track record as a senior HRBP in a global, high-growth, or tech environment
- ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives quickly
- proven ability to design and implement effective organizational structures, leadership development programs, and large-scale change management initiatives
- comfortable navigating ambiguity, pivoting quickly to address new challenges, and solving complex problems without a pre-existing playbook
- use data and insights to inform recommendations, influence decisions, and measure impact
- resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to energize those around you
