- Utilize an applicant tracking system to review applications
- Conduct interviews and handle interview schedules
- Extend job offers to selected candidates
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience, 5+ years preferred
- One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems, 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
