About the role
- Handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
- Partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to review, analyze and assess applicant information
- Conduct interviews and establish interview schedules
- Extend job offers and close out positions in the applicant tracking system
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience
- One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems, 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
