Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience partnering with leadership to design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for building high-performing commercial teams.
Strong understanding of different recruitment channels and techniques, with the ability to leverage them effectively.
Strong understanding of the biotech or life sciences industry is a plus.
Background in small to mid-sized organizations with HR cross-departmental collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
