About the role
- Execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates across various functions and levels.
- Execute talent acquisition strategy and projects while being able to think big-picture and communicate directly with hiring managers, while keeping a finger on the pulse of the company.
- Collaborate with leaders to help define job descriptions, contribute to streamlining recruitment processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve hiring targets, elevate quality of hires and hiring manager experience, through the execution of established recruiting metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of our employer brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to help continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training for Hiring Managers and Interviewers in partnership with other HR teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience partnering with leadership to design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for building high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of different recruitment channels and techniques, with the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Strong understanding of the biotech or life sciences industry is a plus.
- Background in small to mid-sized organizations with HR cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
