About the role
- Schedule and coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones
- Manage interview coordination logistics including calendar management and interview prep materials
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
- Process offer letters and onboarding paperwork
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to implement process improvements
- Support maintaining accurate candidate records
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficient in modern applicant tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with strong logistics management capabilities
- Experience with Ashby highly preferred.
