Part of the GI Distribution Premier Accounts team supporting Premier Accounts (500–10,000 lives)
Strategic management of assigned book of business and advancement of customer-specific business plans
Identify opportunities to retain and profitably grow business
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, and internal business partners to implement new business and address service inquiries
Provide consultative support to clients and brokers
Periodically present financial components of re-rates, including premium and claim comparison analysis for participating and non-participating employees
Align and collaborate with sales, underwriting, and service leaders and receive day-to-day leadership from regional leader
Deliver on Prudential’s value proposition and implement new and innovative solutions
Manage several priorities, communicate effectively, and build outstanding relationships with brokers, clients, peers, and internal partners
Requirements
Demonstrated success in servicing multiple medium to large financial or health insurance accounts
Self-motivated with the ability to develop and grow relationships while maintaining targeted retention rates
Successful time management skills with a talent managing multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously
Proven ability to successfully partner with internal business partners, consultants, brokerage firms, and/or third-party administrators
Attention to detail and hyper focus on quality of deliverables
Ability to adapt, problem solve quickly and communicate valuable solutions
Continuous improvement mentality
Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis
Ability to effectively build strong collaborative relationships with key internal business partners
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence towards great results
Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
It’d be a plus: sophisticated client service and technical ability in the 1,000+ employee market
