About the role

  • Conduct field work to expand Netsync’s client base and maintain relationships with assigned account partners
  • Work in an outside sales environment and manage opportunities through the entire sales life cycle
  • Visit client sites, bring clients in for tours, and entertain clients in social settings
  • Drive within the assigned territory and designated location parameters (McAllen, TX)
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities via local and online research, phone calls, and networking
  • Build and maintain key relationships with strategic clients and manufacturing partners
  • Develop a strong understanding of Netsync’s products and services and communicate them to potential clients and partners
  • Coordinate across Netsync business units by gaining understanding of internal operations
  • Responsible for achieving top-line revenue and gross profit (annual GP target: $650K)
  • Enter account data and related metrics into the CRM system for manager review
  • Travel as required to attend trainings, partner events, and Netsync required gatherings

Requirements

  • Be self-motivated and highly competitive
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and self-motivation
  • Work effectively in a team setting and collaborate well with clients and partners
  • Be service-oriented and focused on meeting the needs of clients, manufacturing partners, and Netsync
  • Perform well under pressure and confidently handle executive-level conversations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of OEM sales programs and understand how to leverage them
  • Maintain a strong drive for professional growth and consistently strive to exceed sales goals
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in corporate account management and sales preferred
