About the role
- Performs basic activity and life enrichment functions and other duties under the direction and supervision of the recreational activity manager.
- Provide patient-focused, whole-person care at Providence Child Center.
- Work with children to deliver recreational therapy and supportive activities.
- Follow direction and supervision of the recreational activity manager and collaborate with the care team.
Requirements
- Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
- Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of experience with children; health care setting preferred. Recreational setting accepted.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience as a CNA 2.
