Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience considered.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in your home state and one market location.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Minimum 3 years of direct patient care (ambulatory setting preferred).
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience with direct nurse reports.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proficiency in essential clinical skills (blood draws, specimen collection, wound care, etc.) and ability to train others.
- Preferred: Experience in home-based clinical care, complex care, geriatrics, or palliative medicine; nurse manager/leader certification.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and team-building skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health records, and virtual team engagement.
