About the role
- Support growth and viability of the Physician Enterprise Organization by coordinating, managing and facilitating alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to provide structure and process to multiple project teams.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets and maximize team efficiency.
- Share accountability for performance and create cohesion among stakeholders toward senior leadership vision and strategic plan.
- Act as a change agent to move projects through design, implementation and spread for realization of quantitative benefits.
- Report to the Director of Performance Improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required).
- 5 years Experience in performance improvement, project management, or program management (7 years preferred).
- Generalist with experience in wide-ranging or cross-functional areas.
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary; caregivers must provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request and comply with state laws.
- Preferred: Master's Degree.
- Preferred: Background in managed care, population health, and/or ambulatory care.
- Preferred: Experience in consulting, business development, and/or strategic planning.
