Support growth and viability of the Physician Enterprise Organization by coordinating, managing and facilitating alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to provide structure and process to multiple project teams.
Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets and maximize team efficiency.
Share accountability for performance and create cohesion among stakeholders toward senior leadership vision and strategic plan.
Act as a change agent to move projects through design, implementation and spread for realization of quantitative benefits.
Report to the Director of Performance Improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (required).
5 years Experience in performance improvement, project management, or program management (7 years preferred).
Generalist with experience in wide-ranging or cross-functional areas.
Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Upon request: Driving may be necessary; caregivers must provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request and comply with state laws.
Preferred: Master's Degree.
Preferred: Background in managed care, population health, and/or ambulatory care.
Preferred: Experience in consulting, business development, and/or strategic planning.
