About the role
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers
- Support customers with technical items for per-cloud technical setup
- Ensure permissions and integrations are configured smoothly
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for smooth handoffs
- Standardize onboarding best practices and refine playbooks
Requirements
- FinOps practitioner experience
- Strong familiarity FinOps and specializing on any hyperscale Cloud
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Project management mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple customers and timelines
- Ability to quickly identify pain points and remove blockers
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with financial and usage data
- Curious, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
