• Implement and maintain automated test suites for cloud-native applications and services
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product stakeholders to identify test areas with high ROI
• Develop reusable test components and contribute to automation infrastructure improvements

Project Manager

• Lead a team of delivery specialists across multiple client engagements
• Deliver 4-8 concurrent client projects on time, under budget and within scope per quarter
• Responsible for achieving target utilization, customer success and margin metrics per quarter
• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, control and closure
• Conduct meetings with the project team to track progress
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements
• Create and distribute project status updates to the relevant customer and Flexera stakeholders
• Manage project plan and budget; Manage project scope and change management processes
• Identify, allocate and manage project resources; Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Develop, maintain and manage day-to-day client relationships and interaction with customers
• Execute Quality Assurance reviews of projects; Manage project tollgate activities
• Estimate work effort and manage resource constraints; track project milestones and deliverables
• Partner with other cross-functional areas of business to improve business processes
• Formalize project acceptance criteria and obtain client approvals
• Conduct project lessons-learned reviews and incorporate improvements into future projects
• Develop/Adhere/Contribute to project standards, templates, repositories, body of knowledge best practices
• Facilitate team and customer meetings
• Support client projects in U.S. time zones
• Travel as needed to support customer engagements (0-10%)
