Manage and process the completion of system-related daily tasks with minimal oversight, following documented procedures and policies, within stated service standards for both volume and quality.
Lead the team in some regularly scheduled tasks.
Produce daily evidence and documentation of work completed and check evidence/documentation of junior team members.
Communicate to Manager/Team Lead any production issues for resolution and status of pending or stale items or resolve issues independently and report back.
Anticipate and prioritize for continually changing work demands in collaboration with the rest of the team.
Identify processing issues and opportunities for control improvements. Work with manager and peers to improve processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate's degree and three (3) years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic understanding of accounting transactions and problem resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to develop advanced Schwab Retirement Technologies software skills provided by internal training, within a reasonable time.
