About the role
- Lead a team of up to four SDRs and carry a team quota
- Run weekly 1:1s, provide coaching, career guidance, and call/email/LinkedIn outreach feedback
- Collaborate with Head of Sales Development on campaign strategy, outreach innovation, and process/tool optimization
- Track and analyze team performance data to drive improvement
- Partner with Marketing, Channel Partners, and AEs to maximize joint outreach and pipeline quality
- Play an active role in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new SDRs
- Support one AE’s accounts to strengthen pipeline generation
- Innovate on outreach methods, build sequences, and test SDR processes
- Help design and launch new product campaigns and provide feedback to marketing and leadership
Requirements
- Proven success as an SDR with consistent quota attainment
- Prior experience mentoring or leading peers is highly advantageous
- Mastery of outbound prospecting skills: cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging
- Strong ability to coach others and elevate team performance
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Surfe, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Nooks
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Level-headed leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and handles adversity with resilience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
