About the role
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales Executives and SDRs, focusing on healthcare technology, revenue cycle, and coding solutions
- Build playbooks, call scripts, campaigns and objection-handling frameworks to improve conversion rates
- Partner with SDR leadership to coach reps on messaging, discovery skills, and pipeline development
- Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms
- Ensure Sales Teams are adopting and utilizing tools effectively and consistently
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Salesforce and Gong to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health
- Identify new technologies and workflows that improve efficiency, lead quality, and conversion
- Operationalize the use of intent data, ZoomInfo, and other sources to generate high-quality leads
- Partner with Marketing and Strategy to refine lead qualification criteria and handoff processes
- Analyze data to identify trends, market opportunities, and optimization areas across the funnel
- Drive increased conversion rates across funnel stages
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market initiatives
- Provide field feedback and insights to refine positioning and product-market fit
- Support SDRs and Sales Executives in the field acting as a subject matter expert
- Act as a trusted partner to the VP of Strategy in scaling revenue-generating initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or SDR management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and medical coding
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data tools
- Proven ability to train and coach sales teams
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in reporting, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
