About the role

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales Executives and SDRs, focusing on healthcare technology, revenue cycle, and coding solutions
  • Build playbooks, call scripts, campaigns and objection-handling frameworks to improve conversion rates
  • Partner with SDR leadership to coach reps on messaging, discovery skills, and pipeline development
  • Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms
  • Ensure Sales Teams are adopting and utilizing tools effectively and consistently
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Salesforce and Gong to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health
  • Identify new technologies and workflows that improve efficiency, lead quality, and conversion
  • Operationalize the use of intent data, ZoomInfo, and other sources to generate high-quality leads
  • Partner with Marketing and Strategy to refine lead qualification criteria and handoff processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends, market opportunities, and optimization areas across the funnel
  • Drive increased conversion rates across funnel stages
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Provide field feedback and insights to refine positioning and product-market fit
  • Support SDRs and Sales Executives in the field acting as a subject matter expert
  • Act as a trusted partner to the VP of Strategy in scaling revenue-generating initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or SDR management
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and medical coding
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data tools
  • Proven ability to train and coach sales teams
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in reporting, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
