Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales Executives and SDRs, focusing on healthcare technology, revenue cycle, and coding solutions
Build playbooks, call scripts, campaigns and objection-handling frameworks to improve conversion rates
Partner with SDR leadership to coach reps on messaging, discovery skills, and pipeline development
Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms
Ensure Sales Teams are adopting and utilizing tools effectively and consistently
Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Salesforce and Gong to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health
Identify new technologies and workflows that improve efficiency, lead quality, and conversion
Operationalize the use of intent data, ZoomInfo, and other sources to generate high-quality leads
Partner with Marketing and Strategy to refine lead qualification criteria and handoff processes
Analyze data to identify trends, market opportunities, and optimization areas across the funnel
Drive increased conversion rates across funnel stages
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market initiatives
Provide field feedback and insights to refine positioning and product-market fit
Support SDRs and Sales Executives in the field acting as a subject matter expert
Act as a trusted partner to the VP of Strategy in scaling revenue-generating initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or SDR management
Strong knowledge of healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and medical coding
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data tools
Proven ability to train and coach sales teams
Analytical mindset with strong skills in reporting, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%
