Generate new leads and qualify them to become potential customers for the sales team
Conduct research to identify new prospects using social media, online directories, and databases
Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to assess interest
Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to determine needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
Use a CRM system to track and manage leads and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer needs and preferences
Report to the VP of Sales or Sales Manager and help drive revenue growth for the company
Location preference Dallas, TX or Fayetteville, AR; remote arrangement considered for the right candidate (must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone)
Requirements
1-3 years as an SDR with relevant enterprise SaaS experience and a track record of achieving/exceeding quota
Success with market research and sales prospecting
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and constantly improve
Ability to adapt to new situations quickly
Genuine and charismatic personality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce
Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone (U.S.)
