About the role

  • Generate new leads and qualify them to become potential customers for the sales team
  • Conduct research to identify new prospects using social media, online directories, and databases
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to assess interest
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to determine needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
  • Use a CRM system to track and manage leads and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer needs and preferences
  • Report to the VP of Sales or Sales Manager and help drive revenue growth for the company
  • Location preference Dallas, TX or Fayetteville, AR; remote arrangement considered for the right candidate (must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone)

Requirements

  • 1-3 years as an SDR with relevant enterprise SaaS experience and a track record of achieving/exceeding quota
  • Success with market research and sales prospecting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and constantly improve
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly
  • Genuine and charismatic personality
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone (U.S.)

  • Preferences: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Finance or related fields preferred; Some knowledge of IRS 1099 Forms; Some Salesforce and/or Salesloft experience
