About the role
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Membership across the globe
- Develop and execute a global marketing plan aligned to business strategy
- Lead product launches from concept to post-launch optimization
- Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance and reflect the customer experience
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition and retention
- Lead creative content strategies across email, social media, web, and paid channels
- Create compelling case studies, testimonials, success stories, product demos, webinars, and educational content
- Analyze membership funnels and identify optimization opportunities
- Track and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, churn rates, and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, pricing, and campaign elements
- Use customer insights and market research to inform product and marketing decisions
- Partner with Product to influence roadmap based on feedback and market insights; participate in sprint planning
- Collaborate with Customer Success to develop retention campaigns, gather feedback, and create advocacy programs
- Partner with Sales to develop enablement materials supporting Membership
- Work closely with the full marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns
- Present marketing performance and insights to leadership team
- Travel up to 2 times per year for team meetings and company events
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience, specifically with membership models and/or SaaS products
- Experience working with in-house designers and content developers
- Campaign development leader with ability to pull insights from customer data and build multi-touchpoint campaigns
- Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign execution
- Experience with subscription metrics, cohort analysis and customer lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models
- Preferred: Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, others)
- Preferred: Knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
- Preferred: Previous experience in B2B SaaS or consumer membership businesses
- Preferred: Background in customer research and user experience principles
- Preferred: Familiarity with pricing strategy and monetization models
