  • Role Overview: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Technical Operations Specialist – LATAM to support our billing, compliance, and technical operations.
  • This role thrives in dynamic environments and can wear multiple hats across operations, support, and compliance.
  • You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, our partners and clients are supported, and our compliance standards are met.
  • This is a hands-on role where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
  • Key Responsibilities: Billing & Financial Support - Provide billing support and resolve payment-related inquiries; Partner with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Technical Support - Act as the first line of support for affiliates, clients, and internal teams; Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed; Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve recurring issues.
  • Compliance & Operational Excellence - Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards; Maintain accurate documentation of processes and support activities; Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or compliance roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Prior experience in affiliate marketing, real estate, or lead generation (bonus).
  • Familiarity with billing platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing tools (bonus).
  • Basic technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data troubleshooting) (bonus).
